Hey @AmericanAir thanks so much for downgrading me from first class to a middle seat in the back of the plane on my flight from CLT to IAH this morning. This is how you treat a Platinum customer? I’ve been a loyal AA flyer for over 30 years. Might be time to switch to Delta.

@HardleyKurt @AmericanAir There was no first class availability on the later flight. I would’ve had to fly coach. The reseating wasn’t done by status it was based on where you were seated. The first two rows got to keep their seats and rows 3-5 were sol.
