Hey @AmericanAir thanks so much for downgrading me from first class to a middle seat in the back of the plane on my flight from CLT to IAH this morning. This is how you treat a Platinum customer? I’ve been a loyal AA flyer for over 30 years. Might be time to switch to Delta.

Thank you @AmericanAir. We left SAV 5 minutes early and arrived in CLT a few minutes early even with a nose gear that would not go up for 20 minutes or so. Pilots worked and finally got it up and thankfully it came back down when needed. No complaint here.
