Reynolds American believes reducing cigarette use depends on giving adult smokers flavor options beyond tobacco and menthol. As @PostOpinions notes, FDA should go further. With underage use driven by illicit imported disposables, the path is clear: authorize more regulated products and strengthen enforcement.

Dems love science-based harm reduction except for the most impactful application. It’s not too late for them to course-correct.
