@bobgcolorado Have you ever seen a vote on taxpayer dollars that are directed to JCAA subsidizing the administrator association?

@JeffcoESPA I don't know how the JCAA raises work, usually based on JCEA raises. Dorland is covered by her own contract. Her extension doesn't include raises. I've actually never seen a vote on JCAA raises before. I guess that those raises are just included when the budget is approved.

Jeffco ESPs who keep our schools running are skipping healthcare and working multiple jobs, often living paycheck to paycheck. Meanwhile, administrators are threatening to cut jobs, all while they gave themselves a raise. If that’s not a values test, what is?

@bobgcolorado We were told Dorland is not getting this raise - per Mary Parker. But their msging this morning is they are just giving admin what they have offered us. So they like this equality messaging. Also how is anyone getting it without a board vote?

@JeffcoESPA How is Dorland getting a raise? There are no raises built into her contract extension.

We are posting on our threads account at our joint bargaining session today with JCEA. The district awarded themselves on average $4600 while threatening to cut our jobs. While many ESPs STILL are not step eligible . Not the same.
