@JohnnyWalsh__ Can we entice better development to serve park users in a decent proximity? I wouldn't mind third space utility if there was something like an independent coffee house or decent brunch spot.

In the near future, Philadelphia will have control of the Reading Viaduct to extend the current rail park from Vine street to Fairmount ave. I think it would be quite boring and a waste of potential if we decided to opt for just a place to walk. Let’s bring some life to it!
