@kschroeder0531 @Apple @AppleSupport That’s the exact same thing they told me. Apple support was supposed to send it over to their engineers to check into. She is supposed to call me back, but hasn’t yet

@Jen1210 @Apple @AppleSupport Nope. They said in a message it “may be a function of the new iOS system” and to keep checking for a new update. I also did a call with support and they said a lot of people are having the same issue and are calling/complaining about it

Hey @Apple I downloaded iOS 14 and now when I get a text message while I’m on the phone, it doesn’t alert me.. is this a setting that needs to change or an iOS issue?
