Fun Fact: 13 of the last 14 refineries closed in Canada were closed by Mulroney and Harper.

Rogan mentions cannabis being legal in Canada. Poilievre replies, “been legal for 10 years, yeah.” Rogan applauds Canada for voting to legalize marijuana. He says it's about "personal freedom." Poilievre agrees it’s about personal choice. (Poilievre voted against cannabis legalization lol)

Oh C’mon. Trump has unleashed economic turmoil across the world and you blame OUR government? You think this is OUR fault? Tired of politicians either taking credit for job gains (at least we won’t have the Libs going there this time) or blaming their opponents for job losses.
Melissa Lantsman@MelissaLantsman

Canada just lost 83,900 jobs in one month. Economists expected gains. This is what happens after years of bigger deficits, higher taxes, and anti-growth policy. The Liberal government can spin it. Canadians are living it. apple.news/ArHXjVG7FRhm70…

An agreement that will allow shipments of Canadian fresh potatoes for consumption or processing to Mexico has been reached. This is excellent news for Canada's potato producers!

Why hasn’t Pierre Poilievre been to Washington? I spent a month reporting on it👇 I’m told Republicans don’t see him as a “serious” partner. One GOP operative: “They don’t respect him… he’s viewed as someone who’s going to lose, and lose politely.” politico.com/news/2026/03/1…

MULCAIR: "There does seem to be an organized, concerted effort going on on the Liberal side right now. It was hard not to notice that Sean Fraser had difficulty suppressing a smile when they asked him what his role was."

May I ask a sincere question? If, in the last election, you earned 169 seats and members of Parliament from other parties expressed a genuine desire to join the government caucus and sit as Conservative MPs, would you truly turn them away? Would you refuse the opportunity to strengthen your mandate and broaden your coalition, simply because they were not originally elected under your banner?
Pierre Poilievre@PierrePoilievre

Mark Carney is using back room deals to seize a costly majority that voters rejected, which will enable Liberals to balloon debt, inflate the cost of living, block resources and turn criminals loose on our streets. Conservatives will do what we promised voters: fight for a Canada that is affordable, safe and strong at home and unbreakable abroad.

The Liberals came within less than 1% of winning Nunavut. When Lori Idlout says her constituents were pressuring her to join the government caucus, she's serious. No one can claim her decision isn't democratic. MPs have every right to change what caucus they sit in.

In Halifax today announcing $8.5M+ to support 40 AI projects across Atlantic Canada. From startups to SMEs, this is about adoption — turning research into companies, and companies into growth. On behalf of Minister Sean Fraser, this ACOA investment helps Atlantic businesses scale and compete. Atlantic Canada isn’t watching the AI transformation. It’s building it.

His numbers must really suck for him finally to listen to what every sensible adult said he should do for over a year. But hey. Better too late than an election you’re guaranteed to lose, right?

Here’s @susandelacourt with a newsy column: Pierre Poilievre says he would rather work with Prime Minister Mark Carney to fight Donald Trump than plunge the country into another election to choose which man is the better negotiator.  thestar.com/politics/polit… via @torontostar

1. Hello friends. It’s been a little while. I hope you’ve been well. I don’t know if you remember me, but I used to tell stories here to try to help people feel better. I’ve written a book, and I hope it does the same. I hope it’s one of the antidotes.
