@Vitality_SA Things like sleep regularity don't consider a large part of the population that work shifted work, and various jobs that have regular schedule changes, making it impossible to keep a regular sleep schedule. More emphasis should be put on quality and sleep duration.

@Vitality_SA can you please explain how Discovery calculates our sleep score and why it's so vastly different from our health apps? Also how is it possible that sleeping for more than 9hrs needs attention??
