@c2c_Rail Can you release the ‘reduced service’ time table? Will Chafford hundred run as normal? Advising of a reduced service with no further information is not good enough for our employers and childcare providers.

@Plip1st @British_Airways I have also had our flight compensation denied due to adverse weather conditions in Heathrow. It was a a clear day with max 25mph. Also taking it to CEDR

@British_Airways @Jenlouu I was on this flight and received an email to say we could claim accommodation , meals and local transport. My claim was today mostly refused and quite rudely by BA. I asked for escalation , the same person answered declining my claim and told me to submit to CEDR .

@British_Airways can we please have an update on why BA104 is already delayed from 10am to 3am? We have a young child, can we claim for a hotel cost? What is deemed reasonable?

@Kennyboom83 @British_Airways I haven’t been able to since. I have very little faith that it will leave on the est time too. We are going to try and find a hotel near the airport to wait it out and hope it gets reimbursed. There’s some on booking.com just not ideal.

@Jenlouu @British_Airways Same here, 2 young children who have been awake since 6am, and now @British_Airways expects them to stay awake until 3am the next day??? We also have a 6 hour drive home when we land in London.

@British_Airways Does this count if I have a small child who needs to sleep, check in is at 11pm. Currently delayed until 3am but BA 104 only left at 6am so could go longer. We are also in Dubai where hotel costs are higher
