@ang_gabrielle This happened. I was rushing to upload the video before a family trip and was careless. I accused AOC of using language harmful to trans people, and I was wrong. When people tried to correct me, I was very defensive instead of listening. I deleted the video and educated myself.

@Susanucsb1 Unfortunately, no. I've run into obstacles that are leading me in circles. News media often misrepresented what happened and then I found a screenshot of what really happened and I have to rewrite the whole part. It has been an absolute mess. But I'm determined to be accurate!

@notcapnamerica These are very common with centers that care for young kids. If people take it at face value and understand the true purpose, I don't see how anyone could have a problem with this. Safety first!

I don’t have kids but if I did this would make me feel so much less anxious about sending them to daycare. Do you know how easy it is to lose track of a toddler in public? Let alone a dozen of them?

@DevonESawa As a former teacher, yes. And that was really nice when my kids were little and sick. I was able to give them cuddles and I rarely got sick myself.
