@transplantID Hmm not that I’m aware of. Found a similar case -> mutations in receptors needed for cefiderocol import primarily drove R. academic.oup.com/cid/advance-ar….

We have a PA right now that is pan-R A TRUE pan-R. That means R to even imi/rel and cefiderocol (which hasn't been even been used). Only S is aminoglycosides. #IDtwitter #medtwitter

@theIDPharmD @NadeemBaalbaki I actually have a very similar case right now. The patient’s blood cultures grew PSAR and the PCR was also positive for C.albicans, which has not grown on cultures. For your patient, given surgery was recent and the virulence of gram(-), it might be best to cover empirically
