Friday night… what’s the word?

Some DNA evidence from Nancy Guthrie’s home has been sent to the FBI’s lab for advanced analysis. I am told the evidence includes hairs found in Guthrie’s home. This comes after evidence has already been tested through a Florida lab the Pima County Sheriff's Office uses.

So from that video I posted a few ago.........1157am is when 911 was called!! And Savannah says they had returned home that evening and Annie called to tell her that Mom was missing!! I am NO thinking a "couple" of hours, BUT I am thinking at least 7-8 hours? Why would you wait that long to tell your "close knit" siblings?

@CoffindafferFBI Their mom was 84 years old and sadly in her final years. Just using the most basic reasoning when considering what their involvement would possibly gain them makes no sense at all. So it's easy to rule them out. Plus, I also trust that LE cleared them and their car was returned.

@mabbe_8 I hear you but I dont think Aidan's involvement affects public perception much. The trial was publicly televised with Noonan's questionable testimony on full display. Plus Justin's own words speak for themselves. I have sympathy for all involved and hope for peace going forward.

I’ve had some time to process the not-guilty verdict in the #KelseyFitzsimmons case, and I’ll be honest: it doesn’t sit right with me. Judge Karp said he found both Kelsey and Officer Noonan credible and that without body-worn camera footage, we’ll never fully know what happened. To me, that feels like an easy out. Cases have been decided in courtrooms for decades without body cams. That’s not new. That’s not a barrier to justice. That’s an excuse. A cop-out. And when you look at the facts, there are real credibility issues that shouldn’t just be brushed aside. Kelsey told police the guns were locked in a safe in the basement. There was no safe in the basement. The guns were scattered around the house. That’s not a small mistake. That’s a false statement. So the obvious question is why? Was she planning something else before she was surprised with the TRO? It makes no sense to have guns scattered around the house while your baby is home with you, no? At the same time, you have Officer Noonan, a highly trained former SWAT team member who has extensive experience in high-stress, shoot/no-shoot scenarios. This is literally what he’s prepared for. The idea that he simply “panicked” in that moment doesn’t line up with his background or training. This case came down to a few seconds and whether you believe a trained officer responding to a perceived lethal threat, or an account that includes clear inconsistencies. And now, predictably, the next phase is already starting. You’ve got the Aidan Kearney / #FKR crowd going after Justin and Noonan online. Neither of them were charged with any crimes, yet they’re being dragged, smeared, and targeted. It’s the same tired playbook: * Discredit the witnesses * Attack their character * Create enough noise that the truth gets buried It’s shameful. And unfortunately, it works more often than it should. You can agree or disagree with me on the verdict. That’s fair. But going after people who were part of this incident, who testified, and who have not been charged with anything, crosses a line. Hopefully, someday, a Massachusetts judge or official will stand up and be counted or just do their job. That'd be a nice place to start. This has to end. #defendingthetruth

Because there is no surveillance video of any getaway car, I don't think Nancy Guthrie left her neighborhood.

@JLRINVESTIGATES Your rationale makes no sense. There is no video of a getaway car because of the expansive area, desert terrain, and lack of DOT cameras and license plate readers, etc. Just because you haven't seen something occur doesn’t mean it didn't happen.

So where was Camron Guthrie on the night of January 31st into February 1st? Was he in Arizona? Savannah said that when she arrived to Tucson on February 2nd, Camron & Annie were there waiting. Does Camron live in Vermont?

Just watched Savannah's sit-down with Hoda. Part 1 (because you might as well milk some ratings while you're trying to find the missing lady, 53 days later). * She was dropping her kids off with Carson Daley when Annie notified her * Brother immediately assumed kidnapping for ransom * Savannah believes Nancy was targeted because of her * They believe at least 2 of the ransom notes were real * Back doors were left open, blood drops on the porch, phone/purse were still there, cameras were removed * Angry at public speculation * Grateful to the investigators (no mention of Nanos)
