The shittiest experience goes to @AppleTV app on chrome cast. Why do I have to login every.single.time. I need to get into the app?? Plus logging in doesn't work from the first try. I have to atl least do it twice each f'n time 😡

@TurkishAirlines tip to your email design team. Consider updating the design for cancelled flights and email title to reflect A LOT more urgency than what your current experience delivers!!! I almost missed my flight. Explore using FLIGHT CANCELLED as email title😡

Can someone explain to me how does it make sense that reissuing a ticket would cost me $100 more than canceling and rebooking that same ticket online @TurkishAirlines. Other than your system won't book the same flights available online??

@TK_HelpDesk Y'all advertise no charge fees but end up scamming travelers to pay a lot more when forced to reschedule a flight

@TK_HelpDesk 2- after giving up and accepting to pay that $139 due to a useless service, the ticket now would cost me $250 more when the price online was still the same. It was cheaper to cancel the flight and book it again

@TK_HelpDesk 1- the flights online can't be booked through your sales office. I could see online a flight $135 cheaper that the sales offices couldn't find and was forcing to pay $139 "flighted fee change" to book another
