@helptobuy Has anyone actually received the information they’ve needed? I’m getting no where and need to remortgage by the end of the month. Hours on hold to be cut off, no email replies, not responding to my solicitors. Complained, got my MP involved but still nothing.
@helptobuy How about replying to the several extremely urgent emails I’ve sent over the last few weeks? Deadlines missed and likely to miss the extension I received too. Sort it out.

Hi @eventim_uk I purchased sister act tickets from you in 2019 for 2020. It was postponed to 2022. Just gone to download my tickets and they still have the 2020 date on them. I see the show next Friday. Will I be sent amended tickets with the correct date?
