@KayBurley enjoy your next adventure (after 3.5 decades, you deserve it!) I loved watching your shows and you always delivered in style! You will be missed.
English

@tfwrail That's a bit of a wait considering that the next sailing doesn't go for another 6 hours but thank you for letting me know.
English

@Jennylboy15 Hi Jenny, should your service be delayed thus causing you to miss your planned journey, then your ticket will be valid on the next available service. ^Ben

@tfwrail hi team; I see that your Sail/Rail from Manchester Piccadilly to Holyhead gives you 9 minutes from arrival at the station to check in for the sailing. This is the new time for the Irish Ferries sailing at 13:15 (your train arrives at 12:36). What about delays?
English

@Jennylboy15 Hi Jenny, sorry about this. Please get in touch over direct message with your booking reference and we'll be able to take a look into this for you. ^Ben
English

@tfwrail - hi, I have been trying to get an email confirmation of my booking but it still hasn't arrived (I have checked Spam etc), any help would be appreciated?
English

@Jennylboy15 Hi Jenny, I've been informed that we've have confirmation from Network Rail that they've published the sailings, so they should appear in journey planners overnight tonight ^Holly
English

@tfwrail hi Team, quick question; your rail/sail schedules are not the same as Irish Ferries anymore (this is since the issue at Holyhead). When will you be changing your timetables to reflect? We are looking to book 30th January.
English

@Jennylboy15 Hi Jenny, I've just heard back about this. We are hoping to publish these schedules tonight, so they will hopefully appear in journey planners tomorrow or worst case scenario on Thursday. This should cover Stena and Irish Ferries between 16 January and 28 February ^Holly
English

@Jennylboy15 Hi Jenny, the Timetable have just let me know that there may be a delay in publishing these timetables because they're having some trouble updating them. Once they've been published, we'll let you know ^Holly
English

@tfwrail Thanks Ben, the new 34 minutes between train arrival and ferry departure is a bit tight.
English

@Jennylboy15 Unfortunately, there is no update as of yet. Apologies Jenny, we'll get in touch as soon as we have an update. ^Ben
English

@Jennylboy15 Hi Jenny, I'll check this with the timetable team and get back to you ^Holly

@Ryanair no-one at the bag drop at Liverpool? Big queue and no-one here?
English

@Jennylboy15 Hi Jenny, did you manage to board a service this morning?
English

@DonnellyStephen please tell me (in your capacity as Health Minister) how you can justify a 66-year-old and ill man, is still on a trolley in Galway Hospital after 7 days? You are following your predecessors and are doing nothing to improve the Health Service!
