@JepsenKerstin @Stefan_Hajek Nicht in D, auf jeden Fall nicht im Großen Stil. In UK laufen gerade wohl große Planungen in der Richtung. Keine Ahnung wie weit die inzwischen sind. Aber in D werden besonders im Ruhrgebiet gigantische Mengen an Wärme von den Grubenwässern ungenutzt gelassen

@skypromusic Dave Matthews Band dieses Jahr in Berlin. Die Band ist immer noch super, auch ohne Geige, aber der Sound war ein Schlag in die Fresse. Ich hab manche Lieder kaum erkannt so ein Brei war das.

Was waren die schlechtesten Livekonzerte eures Lebens ? Meine Top 3: 3.Metallica Es ist nicht meine Musik.. man hat mich hin gezwungen. Es war ultra unsauber und mies. Zudem sind Gitarrensoli für mich Zeitverschwendung und davon gabs ne Menge. 2.Coldplay "Ich hab die Karten gewonnen! Komm einfach mit - irgendwas wirst du bestimmt kennen! Das wird dir Spaß machen und es ist gratis!" Hat man mir gesagt. Es war nicht gratis... ich habe bezahlt. Mit Lebenszeit, die ich für ein SO ausgiebiges Gedudel und Gejammer niemals ausgeben wollte... Es hat sich für mich angefühlt, als hätte man akustisch in Scheisse getreten. Ich kannte kein Lied an dem Abend. Weil ich Geschmack habe. 1.Bon Jovi Ich wollte eine Frau beeindrucken. ALLES an diesem Abend sah aus wie eine speckige Wildlederjacke und hat auch so gerochen. Die "Musik" war unerträglich-ich habe sehr intensiv (aber erfolglos) versucht mich tot zu saufen. Die Frau hat mitgesungen und wurde dadurch extrem unattraktiv. Nach einer Stunde hab ich mich alleine rausgeschlichen und bin nach Hause gefahren. Ich habe die Frau nie wieder gesehen. Dafür bin ich bis heute dankbar.

@schwarzdornig @skypromusic Hab REM 1999 in USA gesehen, das war absolut top, aber da waren sie auch auf dem Höhepunkt ihrer Karriere

@skypromusic Kein ganzes Konzert, aber auf einem Festival habe ich REM live gesehen. Seitdem weiß ich, dass das eine reine Retorten-Band ist. Die Studiomusik von denen geht ja noch. Live sind die einfach grottig. Es war die einzige Band, bei der ich dachte: ich geh mal lieber duschen. 😆

Max Planck, Fraukhofer, Leibniz, Helmholz…da werden jedes Jahr Milliarden reingesteckt und die produzieren auf absolute Spitzenforschung. Nur werden diese Ergebnisse halt nicht den Unis zugeschrieben

Ich bin seit 12 Jahren Professor. Mich macht daher betroffen, dass in dieser Liste keine einzige deutsche Uni - sogar keine aus der EU - auftaucht. Setzen wir falsche Prioritäten? Gendern und DSGVO können wir an unseren Hochschulen, Forschen und Lehren wohl eher nicht.

There aren’t many more megagiant fields with sweet crude out there, so exploration goes into ever deeper waters or fracking. Both are pretty expensive
