I’ve been contacted by an organisation that currently has several children’s wheelchairs available free of charge. These chairs are suitable for kids under 40kg who have some back control, as they are not designed for quadriplegic support and do not include full restraint straps.

Still thinking about the incredible landscape we ran in yesterday! It was such a privilege to be able to run on this private reserve in the Cradle. Keep your eyes open and enter next years Cradle Ultra Trail. I did the 25km route
