@christophersaum I definitely take notice. Because I’ve lived on the other side of that counter too. No need for the hate. Simple mistakes happen. But I have also found that the ones that complain and shit on the customer service employee are kind of uptight assholes anyway. Js

Met someone for coffee this morning. They were rude to the barista over a wrong drink order. Used to work in the service industry, and once you’ve been on the receiving end of that, it rewires how you see people and how you choose to show up. Everyone should have to do a stint in those jobs. How you treat people when there’s nothing to gain says everything about your character. I notice these moments. Other people notice too.
