Transcript 1: VA OIG Investigator Remington Schilling admitted he never interviewed Jeremy, just assumed he was lying, though no witness ever said he was. #DueProcess #VeteransJustice Transcript 2: Schilling testifies Jeremy did not violate VA policy, there was no fraud, and no misrepresentation. #VAReform #Injustice Transcript 3: Asst. U.S. Attorney James Chapman told the jury this case had nothing to do with our nonprofit, @veteransclubinc , and that Jeremy wasn’t charged with making false statements, yet ended his closing arguments implying guilt because of false statements. #DOJCorruption #ProsecutorialMisconduct To make it worse: a juror later commented publicly that they convicted Jeremy for “taking funds from his veterans group.” He wasn’t charged with that, and never did it.
