All American Way has been renamed Charlie Kirk Way, as Westminster City Council staff move to honor slain conservative activist Charlie Kirk. The council approved the change in a 4–1 vote last fall after Mayor Chi Charlie Nguyen proposed the idea to recognize Kirk’s life and legacy. With the renaming now complete, his legacy has been formally established in the city. “By doing this, we promote the freedom, the freedom of speech here in the city of Westminster."
