@WarrenCWade Sounds like paranoia, that stuff doesn't happen here for simply signing something. Especially not on a federal level.

As an Albertan who is open to discussing Independence, I find it disturbing how many Albertans were afraid to sign the petition because they KNEW the Federal Police State WOULD target them. Freedom is never granted, it's fought for, it costs blood. Forgotten Fact. FREEDOM.

@Donsmith524 @dienes_tom I simply don't want my address, phone number, and unique voter identification numbers handed out to any random person who asks. Or used to sign initiatives fraudulently, seeing as I have no means to verify it hasn't been, and if it has, no means to revoke the fraudulent signature

I volunteered as a Stay Free Alberta canvasser, and I can reassure you that I have never stolen or abused anyone’s personal data. Mitch Sylvestre, and Stay Free Alberta have acted with integrity, honesty, and in good faith while collecting signatures for the citizen’s initiative petition. However, if “leaders” for The Centurion Project (David Parker) and The Alberta Republican Party of Alberta (Cam Davies) have acted illegally in ways that have create gross mistrust; they must be exposed and condemned for their actions. I didn’t pour my heart and soul into canvassing for Stay Free Alberta’s citizen initiative petition to have it undermined by The Centurion Project and The Republican Party of Alberta. I treated the signatures I collected like gold, and I wouldn’t dream of compromising anyone’s personal information. @stayfreealberta @RiseOfAlberta @JeffreyRWRath @ikwilson @kathyflett1 @JonFromAlberta @ABProsperityPrj @albertaradios @CoryBMorgan 🛡️The Republic of Alberta🛡️

@Donsmith524 @dienes_tom Getting a personalized "ambassador" invite link to share with anyone you want isn't gatekeeping. It's a marketing strategy to make other people feel special for doing your advertising for you.

@JudyMaxB @dienes_tom @originalkmiller You mean the UCP that lowered the signature threshold from 294k to 177k, increased collection time from 3 to 4 months, and waived the $25k fee? And the APP whose CEO Mitch is the one that submitted the SFA initiative in the first place? The ARP are pro-independence too. 🤦‍♂️

@dienes_tom @originalkmiller I can’t help speculating that the CP and APP were working with “encouragers” to intentionally create this controversy in order to undermine SFA. The timing is very suspect.

@Donsmith524 @dienes_tom Then by definition that isn't a CA, and they should not have access to the list of electors. But I guess you can just make claims and abandon them whenever is convenient to you. Do you not see the censored screenshot of the list, viewable without even being signed in?

@Donsmith524 @dienes_tom To make this clearer, the canvassers were rewarded for surveying 10 people, with a link to invite others to volunteer to become canvassers. They actively promoted getting your friends and family involved, going through the list they shouldn't have access to. That isn't secure.

@Donsmith524 @dienes_tom There is no page for 2023-2026 is because they have no registered CAs that are required to make financial statements. Volunteering for a TPA doesn't have the same vetting or reporting requirements as working for a registered party or MLA. Anyone could volunteer.

@Donsmith524 @dienes_tom Look closer and you'll notice there are no subcategories for other years, unlike the other parties I listed as examples. 2022 is the year the party was founded, and there have been no registered CAs since, so no need to list other years. Same with other parties.

@Donsmith524 @dienes_tom Working together does not automatically make them a CA. They are (to my knowledge) registered as a third-party advertiser with Elections Alberta. Even if, making the list public to anyone who registered as a canvasser, and sharing the app/list with foreign govs isn't covered.

@JerotProbably @dienes_tom The centurion project is partnered with the Republican Party of Alberta. A judge gave the an injunction so the rcmp could determine if rules are broken You are incorrect. Liar or useful idiot?

@johnwtomkinson @AvgYEG @albertaNDP @nenshi @4alberta4canada Sounds like the same copy paste response from dozens of canvassers on this platform. No one cares if YOU were doing things legitimately. That says nothing about people who had access to enough information to cheat the system. Nor the breach of privacy we all have to deal with.

Every SFA petition signature I collected was in person, with valid Alberta ID, with physical address verification confirmed when and as required under the robust procedures outlined by Election Alberta rules and canvasser code of conduct. The integrity of SFA petition signatures is not related or connected to a third party, CP.

Looks like the @albertaNDP have been using a "database" of non-members to send out unsolicited messages. Curious, that. @nenshi and @4alberta4canada, anything to say for yourselves? 🤔

Hey @nenshi @shoffmanAB @albertaNDP, how did Sarah Hoffman, former NDP…Food and Beverage Minister?…get my number? I have never registered for the NDP Party, yet I received several annoying texts, like the one below. @ElectionsAB , I would expect a full and complete investigation into this, including no less than 7 police cars and 11 officers attending.

@onlyafewcows @dienes_tom @Berniceness Fair treatment would have been requiring the same 294k signatures in 90 days Forever Canada had to pass. Not 177k in 120. Rather they lowered the bar, and then later added a big upfront cost ($25,000) that Stay Free conveniently didn't have to pay. It was preferential treatment

@dienes_tom @Berniceness Don’t buy into the stupid and divisive delay tactics. We know government bodies will never apply fair treatment to people who want smaller government. This “thing” could take years to resolve, so just keep moving forward and don’t give it oxygen.

@Donsmith524 @dienes_tom Centurion project is not run by a political party or MLA, and is registered as a third-party advertiser. They were served a cease and desist because they are not authorized to use the electors list. Let alone sharing the info publicly, which they are under investigation for.

I suspect the whole lying and inflating the numbers is directly tied to the master plan of falsifying signatures on paper. The charade of we are a majority. No separatists, you are not the majority, not on any day of the week. JethroMath says 12k were present here. Not.

@RealPureLove @deo_mister They changed the wording on the guidelines to make it clearer, but Forever Canada still required ID. Meanwhile Forever Canada needed 294,000 signatures in 90 days, and Stay Free only needed 177,000 in 120. FC broke 400k, and even with the extra month I doubt SF will pass 200.

@alberta_cw Your comic is literally what every pro-separatist is doing when they claim Alberta is economically better off than the rest of Canada. Because a war spiked oil, otherwise we projected a 9 billion dollar deficit before this.

Who was the economic adviser for Justin Trudeau (a drama teacher) behind the scenes? Who was the real finance minister doing the work behind the scenes for Chrystia Freeland (a journalist)? The sad state of Canada as Carney finishes it off for good. The right decision for our children and future generations of Albertans is a YES vote October 2026 for an independent Republic of Alberta. There is still hope.

@alberta_cw America formed NATO, it is the only member state to invoke NATO for defense. Which they did post-9/11. The US only covers 15% of direct costs. Most spending is indirect by nations on their own military. Many involving US contractors. Your understanding of NATO & 🇨🇦 are flawed

America doesn’t need NATO. NATO needs America. What a massive cost burden for America to fund NATO to receive nothing in return but disrespect. Sound familiar? Alberta doesn’t need Canada. Canada needs Alberta. What a massive cost burden for Alberta to fund Canada to receive nothing in return but disrespect. The question is: will Albertans be awake and bold enough to end that relationship out of self respect just as America pulls its troops out of NATO?

@TheDallasG @eesquid @anonfmresident To my knowledge the only restriction dropped on Forever Canada was needing individual notarized affidavits, which applies to SFA too. Signing required voter eligibility and ID. New guidelines state more clearly that ID should be checked by the canvasser, but it was still required
