Update: after a final interview on Monday, got a rejection notice Friday. Really bummed and feeling down! But, the interviewing experiences I had definitely helped prep me for something coming my way.

Any advice for getting ghosted on a job you really wanted? The hiring manager/assistant research director hasn’t responded to anything besides my post-interview thank you in two and a half weeks 😅
