Look at Honda, Toyota, and Subaru and go as old as 2020. You can probably go even older without issue but 2020 and newer with low miles should be safe.

For those of you saying "just get an adblocker", you really shouldn't need adblockers just to not be constantly...(And I mean constantly) bombarded with unskippable pausing ads. Ads should be far less intrusive if twitch cares about the viewer experience.
