You are either lying, or your friends are uber wealthy. And a bank isn't giving anyone $1M for med school.

@NeonZombie_ @DGlaucomflecken Lol definitely not. I have several friends who got lines of credit up to $1M in med school. Most boomers can get this much just by having a house. It's really not rare to get $500k in a loc.

Do people really think the 200k cap on federal loans will force med schools to lower tuition? There’s no way. Students will have to take out more private loans. Better hope you or a family member have a good credit score.

@mSanterre @DGlaucomflecken The only way you're getting a line of credit that large in the US is if you're at least a multi-millionaire with high income and high credit (multiple active credit cards, loans, car loans mortgages, etc.). That's not accessible to 90%+ of Americans.

@DGlaucomflecken My sister got a $500k line of credit when she got into med school in Canada. Don't US students get access to similar things? Doctors make a ton of money when they finish. It sounds like an easy bet.

I’m from Spain so maybe I don’t understand it, but can someone explain how a President can receive 77,302,580 votes and then have his entire agenda blown up by judges who never received a single vote? President Trump said DEI must be taken out of schools. A judge said no. President Trump said no more money to sanctuary cities. A judge said they keep getting money. President Trump said criminal illegals must be deported. A judge said they have to actually stay. They teach us all that America is a democracy but that doesn’t sound like democracy at all!

Kilmar Ábrego García is obviously not the only person this administration has deported illegally. He is rightly getting the spotlight at the moment, but what about the others? Especially the women and children that have been disappeared with no information on their whereabouts.
