Now confirmed in e-mail from EIC: editors at the Journal of Molecular Structure have decided not to consider any manuscript authored by scientists working at Russian Federation institutions, as result of implications of invasion of Ukraine.

@RamaRizana We can't rewrite tuition fee policy (unfortunately), but the funding is well above the tuition fees for doctoral students here. Also, first year international students have their fees paid for by the dept.
