@breakfasttv I bring my own a lot but mostly because thr restaurants don't always offer them. Being vegan my options are already limited. Usually the staff have no issue. But if they do have them by all mean I will order and pay for theirs. #supportsmallbusiness

Every country has different quarantine rules. Ontario Canada has 14 days when you return home. I awoke this morning to the great smell of breakfast cooking upstairs. I am down in the Man Cave till Dec 21st. I found this great surprise at the top of the basement stairs.

We had a spectacular day of pro & junior prize money in Ontario. In a season where athletes thought they wouldn't be racing any triathlons we were able to have morning semi Finals and afternoon A & B Finals. It was awesome race announcing live again.
