So we can choose our doctors and actually communicate with them and not be turf’d to a clinic or not be able to see someone as simple as a cardiologist. Your South San Francisco Hospital is by far the worst place we have ever had the displeasure of being treated Your medical staff does not care about the patient, they just read the medical records and pass judgement. Kaiser screwed up years ago with my husband and he has been treated like his existence and need of treatment is a questionable burden on Kaiser.. Then after we switched 2 years later you pester us for medical exams we don’t need. Just because we have multiple medical plans thru different carriers… So for two years … Nothing? Then he gets a different job with premium benefits you care ! What a joke.
