Unions provide an opportunity to share your opinions on your benefits, wages, and chances for growth at work. Although the number of members has been decreasing, there is still ample opportunity to reap the benefits of unions.

The Paycheck Fairness Act is meant to hold employers more accountable to prove that they're not discriminating or withholding proper wages from employees.
