At my current workplace we have four international nurses that are host-country nationals from Philippines. It is very important for companies to provide resources for all staff to make a inviting experience. One of the biggest culture shock to these nurses was the MN winters!

#HRpay differentials are a great way of compensating your employees but also covering shifts that are less desirable. My job offers pay differentials for evening & nights, and the pay ranges from $1.50 - $6.00 per hour more, depending on the position. #MGMT352Ch12 @huskymgmt

A lot of jobs have applicants take personality tests like the Myers-Briggs for team building and even self-discovery. I don't think these help determine if an applicant is qualified for a job task though, but more for the work environment. #Personality #MGMT352Ch6 @huskymgmt
