Many thanks for your reply. As I’m sure your other customers would be, I’m surprised to hear BA cannot assist with check-in issues. Are these systems not under BA’s control?

@British_Airways please can you reply to my DM in regards to not being able to check in for a flight online. This happened last time I flew with you, and you overbooked the flight and I was put on stanby (also blamed it on me not checking in when the site wouldn’t let me).

@UKRI_News Thank you! I received a 3 month extension from august - November, however have been told I am not entitled to this increased rate from October.

@JessicaSwift93 Hi Jessica. The stipend increase applies to all doctoral students who are in receipt of a UKRI stipend, including those who have received extensions. It applies to students in receipt of a UKRI stipend who commenced or are continuing their funded studentship from 1 October 2022.
