I always like to ask clients how to pronounce their name & the name they prefer. Saying a client’s name correctly builds rapport. I want clients to engage w/ me so I take the time to call them by their preferred name it goes a long way. #SUsocialwork npr.org/2021/05/02/989…

@androidryanmoss Raising people’s rent in these difficult times is horrible, there should be protective barriers in place to ensure this does not happen. There also needs to be some service for those who need to work to ensure the family can eat but have kids doing school at home. #SUSocialWork

It seems it is time to revisit federal policy that does and does not recognize tribes in the U.S. The health care inequity, among other things, this policy has created is unacceptable. Policies must change as the world changes #Susocialwork

However, this article views therapist as available 24/7, which has issues with boundaries between the client and clinician. Clear boundaries are essential. #SUSocialWork
