@Jessicataplin please read my twitter thread re our vulnerable family inc a 3 year old with multiple medical conditions & supposedly being a priority being without gas, heating, hot water for 4 days. Day 6 still unable to top up our meter! Abysmal customer service @BritishGas

@BritishGas Our family who include a vulnerable 3 year old with medical conditions have been without gas for 4 days! No heating nor hot water- yet this is not a priority for your company! I had to take my daughter out alone in the cold at night and tried 7

If anyone needs stark reminder of what #poverty means to some this winter, @Bromley_by_Bow advisor shared that one client’s only way of eating warm food was heating food in saucepan on their iron. Thanks to her advice the client now has access to support & a cooker #moneyadvisor
