@WestJet flight to YYZA GOT canceled without any prior notifications. #westjet is also not accepting calls for us to rebook. Someone needs to contact ASAP.

@WestJet Flying out of Phoenix to YYC this morning at 9:15. Currently 6:07 PM supposedly to fly out at 6:22. Not even an agent at the gate yet. Embarrassing.

@WestJet should have more CSRs to answer phones! How big is @amazon ? I called Amazon today & wait time was less than 1 minute. @WestJet currently waiting 74 minutes. Got through last week after waiting 2 hours. CSR put me on hold to find out information & disconnected me.
