Dear @JetBlue Booked my ticket and chose seats. Now seats disappear from reservation and only paid seats available. Agent on phone says I can take the chance and hope there is a window available when I get to the airport. That sounds like a lottery with a chance 1/(8!7!6!) 😳

@JetBlue I cannot change the flight date and time on my JetBlue flight. I have tried both the chat which says it’s a 2 hour wait, and i missed their callback. I have been trying to get a live person without going through the same process and need to make the change. Help!

@JetBlue You changed my nonstop flight to one with a connection. I had to rebook my travel through a different airport and pay to select seats. Since the itinerary change was made by your airline, I believe I should have been able to choose standard seats at no additional cost.

Hey @JetBlue why was today's flight from Reno to Dublin canceled? I have the option to book for tomorrow, but there's an event 3 days & I am really scared that the tomorrow will be canceled as well. I can NOT afford to be refunded & book another airline, price is 2x more.

@JetBlue my seat 20D on flight 548 was broken and catapulted me to the seat infront of me on landing, don’t get it, diff airline & another seat being broken, @FAANew look into this. The entire flight I was leaned back, was scolded twice to move seat up and not offered a new one

@JetBlue HUGE shout out to your crew in St. Marten! We are nervous about making our connection in Ft. Lauderdale. We asked if we could be near the front of the plane so we could get off quickly to get through customs. Seats 1A and 1B were assigned! THANK YOU!
