Sorry to hear you're disappointed, Audrey. We've had a Match to Mosaic program for several years, which is now expanded to include former Spirit customers. They'll have to meet certain requirements to retain Mosaic status beyond the three-month trial period. jetblue.com/trueblue/mosai…

@JetBlue what are you going to do for your longstanding, loyal customers who spend/fly to get Mosaic Status now that you’ve handed spirit free spirit customers a free ride on Mosaic where they don’t have to fill half of the requirements that those of us with Mosaic do. Not Good.

Never flying @JetBlue again. Scheduled seat B2 group 2. Last minute got moved to D7 group 7. Asked why. Didn’t explain. No overhead room. Had to check bag. Issue with carousel. Waited 1hr to get my bag. Missed my mother’s funeral. @JetBlue thanks a lot. You guys are awful

@jetblue Please consider moving to Starlink for internet access. Flying from BOS to LAS right now and Internet access was mostly non-existent to painfully slow. Also, DirectTV didn’t work for most of the flight. This is an A321, so not an old aircraft.

.@JetBlue the new boarding with Mosaic 1 & 2 combined with Even More is NOT okay…you really want to devalue your loyal customers?? Either put Mosaic 2/3/4 in group one or move Even More to group 3. We are VERY loyal to earn M2 and this does not show much care.
