@AirCanada looking to book a flight on aeroplan but being told that I need to contact you to book a 12 year old and cannot be done online, what do I do when I’ve been waiting on the phone for 2 hours before being cutoff, and unable to speak to anyone?

@SkyHelpTeam Again, like I said, they don’t know. Then they suggest I order it again, as if it would help. Then I say I don’t want yet another credit score hit for no reason, and it’s not going to help. So they speculate that it’s not working b/c I’m not passing back office checks. ♻️

@SkyHelpTeam I think you need to be made aware theres a serious fault with your system causing many orders to be cancelled immediately for no reason. This is happening to multiple people I have asked recently and we have all been messed around. Its time to sort this out URGENTLY.

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your advice. But I’m not looking for scripted answers please. And besides, I did pass the affordability check, otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to place the order in the first place. Oh and my credit score is 999. Just btw. Please find out what’s going on.

@SkyHelpTeam Thirdly, this is happening when I try purchase the plan outright too, for a grand total of £42, and yet I don’t pass a credit check to pay that amount?! This demands a deep investigation, rather than messing us around with nonsensical excuses. @MoneyTelegraph

@SkyHelpTeam Firstly this has happened to most people I know, who have tried purchasing the same order, and it’s unlikely no one is passing a simple check. Secondly the order is being cancelled instantly it’s not possible that it’s been checked within that timeframe and cancelled within secs

@Ofcom @SkyHelpTeam Rather I’ve been asked to submit the order over and over again, passing numerous credit checks for no reason, just to find the order cancelled within seconds.

@Ofcom @SkyHelpTeam Unfortunately the provider refuses to investigate internally. No matter how many calls, emails, tweets or reasoning. There is a clear critical fault in the system and they refuse to consider that option.

@SkyHelpTeam The phone teams have no idea. They freely admit it. Perhaps @Ofcom can help investigate. This has to stop. I know many people who are going round in circles, and have been for weeks already, trying to purchase a simple contract.

@SkyHelpTeam No not at all. I have submitted a complaint online but have not had any communication. Meanwhile we’re being told to try again and again, going through multiple credit checks for no reason, purely because no one knows why the orders are being cancelled automatically!!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi! I and many others are trying to take out contracts primarily for the Nokia 105 (2019) on Sky Mobile, but unfortunately the order gets cancelled immediately after being placed for no reason! The agents on the phone don’t know why either!

@sainsburys I have literally just bought these flowers with a 8 day freshness guarantee- and they’re completely dead! Such a shame and waste of money!
