I wish I had never fallen for @SkyHelpTeam sales pitch a few months back and "upgraded" to Sky Glass. Glitchy, frustratingly slow, annoying to navigate, can't find or watch things I had saved on old Q box that are no longer available.... Cont'd...

That the bills would split and you'd now get a separate one for broadband. So when he made it sound like my bill was going DOWN for upgrading, all he was doing was that the broadband bill would not be included. Really regret changing.

Why does the tannoy guy at Wembley announce the half time score of the game? People are surely going to know having watched the last 45 minutes as well as the scoreboard etc?! Just seems pointless and unnecessary.
