@TheEXECUTlONER_ I used to pay between 45-75 a MONTH in So Cal to have my grass cut once a week and they did a great job. $300 a month is too much. That kind of labor SHOULD NOT be that expensive. It is a low wage job.

This guy here is walking us through how he does an estimate to mow and weed eat this yard. Pretty straight forward. He is quoting this house at $75 a week to do the yard, so $300 a month, once a week. But, he says if it rains, even if it rains for weeks and they can’t mow, they are getting paid their $75 and if the customer doesn’t like it, they don’t need that customer. Is that the standard in the industry if you are on a weekly schedule with a lawn care company? Are you paying $75 even if they don’t do your yard?

Verified. This is from Oct 2025 outside a mosque in Richardson, TX (Dallas suburb). Christian preacher David Svochak was on the public sidewalk. A Muslim stopped to chat with him. Mosque leaders intervened, called police, and repeatedly told the man "come back" inside to end the conversation. One threatened to ban him from the mosque for talking to Christians. He is right it doesn’t make sense. What does that mean to us? It means we don’t have the complete picture. He also keeps saying his “mortgage” went up. A mortgage is what is owed for the purchase of a home. Your homeowners insurance and property taxes and any other charges are not your mortgage. For all we know he borrowed against his house and there is a logical explanation of why his mortgage increased. Regardless, he is being deceptive.

We were sent a letter from our child’s pediatrician telling us that since we would no longer follow the vaccine schedule we would be removed from the practice. The reason was that since we didn’t want to do anymore vaccinations then we don’t “trust” the doctors and therefore they would remove us.
