I ordered Mithila Special Mango Pickle and Stuffed Red Chilli Pickle from @JhajiStore but unfortunately received Kathal ka Achaar in stead of Special Mango Pickle. It was delivered by mistake. I informed them by writing a mail and on WhatsApp. It was addressed quickly and today I received a mail that says “I completely understand your disappointment about both the quality and the delay. Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Your replacement Aam ka Achaar is already being prepared for dispatch, and I’ve personally asked my team to ensure it reaches you at the earliest. You’ll receive an update with the tracking details very soon…”. But I always believe in JhaJi Mithila Pickles. Today received another mail that the pickle is shipped. This is the beauty of #JhaJi_Pickles Thank you 🙏

Fraud 🚨 @JhajiStore are having fraudulent and unprofessional ethics. For order # 372804,didn't recvd item "Chatpati Imli ki Chatni 250g".upon multiple mails and msgs no response. On website its marked as delivered.. Beware of purchasing anything from this store. Cc is waste.

@aditya211286 Aditya ji, sorry couldn't respond earlier. Let me clarify. We sent two shipments. The first one with khatt-meethi mango that you rcvd on 25th, and the other with garlic pickle and lal mirch, mango combo that you rcvd y'day. On khatt-meethi, replacement ships out tomorrow.

@JhajiStore for order id 365876, Indidnt receive the 3rd achar bottle out of the combo of 3, only 2 achar bottle received and bill also doesn't match the paid amount. Paid amount was INR775 while bill amount is INR 518. CUSTOMER CARE is not reaponding
