Helping Shopify businesses Ecommerce Specialist| Reinstatement Expert| 50+ stores have been reinstated and over $1M+ has been released across all solved SP acc

@Shopify @ShopifySupport is about to ruin my business, and I need help immediately or I’ll be forced to escalate this further with legal action and regulatory complaints. I received a notice that my Shopify Payments account has been disabled due to “risk” and “misrepresentation,” which makes absolutely no sense. Every single customer places their order manually through our Shopify checkout. All payments go through standard verification (CVV, ZIP, etc.). There is no unauthorized activity. On top of that: - We have 0% chargebacks -Only a 3.9% refund rate, which clearly shows we actively take care of our customers -We do not sell any prohibited products So this decision is completely unjustified. The worst part is that although we have already fulfilled a large portion of these orders, all of our payouts are now being held for up to 120 days. This means: - We cannot pay our team - We cannot fulfill remaining orders - We cannot support customers properly - We cannot pay taxes that are already due Meanwhile, funds are still being taken for refunds and adjustments, which puts us in an extremely unfair and damaging position. This cannot be a reasonable or lawful outcome for a legitimate business with clean metrics. I am NOT asking for reinstatement right now. I am asking for a partial payout release, even if Shopify keeps a reserve (20–30%) to cover any potential risk. That is a fair and reasonable solution. We can provide anything needed: - Tracking numbers - Supplier invoices - Inventory and packaging proof - Company documentation - Shopify chargeback and refund reports There is zero reason to completely block all funds. If this is not resolved quickly, I will have no choice but to escalate this situation further. Please fix this as soon as possible.
