Shopify stores get terminated every day, but here’s what most people don’t realize: Stores also get reinstated every single day This is another successful Shopify Payments disabled case resolved. The payouts are now restored, and the store is back on track. Many merchants panic when they see a termination or payment hold, but in reality, these actions are triggered by automated risk systems, when you understand how the system works and present your case properly, reinstatement becomes very possible not lucky, but right process. I don’t rely on guesswork. I use structured approaches that align with how Shopify reviews and re evaluates accounts. If your store has been, Terminated, your Shopify Payments has been disabled or Payouts on hold Don’t rush blindly approach it the right way Send me a DM. Let’s review your case and work toward getting it resolved.

Ooh, this is bad for business Payments hold are usually caused by some minor risk triggers that we don't notice, especially when you're compliant thing will now feels like Shopify is mean And it's what they've set in their system You know it their system that flags stores for termination, it might just be due to minor risk that are very resolvable, but you still have to be strategic Dm I can offer some help in getting this resolved

We’re extremely disappointed with Shopify. A large amount of our funds is being held after our store was wrongly flagged as fake due to shipping delays caused by war-related issues. All documents were submitted and approved, yet our money is still locked. This is unacceptable

@Shopify @ShopifySupport is about to ruin my business, and I need help immediately or I’ll be forced to escalate this further with legal action and regulatory complaints. I received a notice that my Shopify Payments account has been disabled due to “risk” and “misrepresentation,” which makes absolutely no sense. Every single customer places their order manually through our Shopify checkout. All payments go through standard verification (CVV, ZIP, etc.). There is no unauthorized activity. On top of that: - We have 0% chargebacks -Only a 3.9% refund rate, which clearly shows we actively take care of our customers -We do not sell any prohibited products So this decision is completely unjustified. The worst part is that although we have already fulfilled a large portion of these orders, all of our payouts are now being held for up to 120 days. This means: - We cannot pay our team - We cannot fulfill remaining orders - We cannot support customers properly - We cannot pay taxes that are already due Meanwhile, funds are still being taken for refunds and adjustments, which puts us in an extremely unfair and damaging position. This cannot be a reasonable or lawful outcome for a legitimate business with clean metrics. I am NOT asking for reinstatement right now. I am asking for a partial payout release, even if Shopify keeps a reserve (20–30%) to cover any potential risk. That is a fair and reasonable solution. We can provide anything needed: - Tracking numbers - Supplier invoices - Inventory and packaging proof - Company documentation - Shopify chargeback and refund reports There is zero reason to completely block all funds. If this is not resolved quickly, I will have no choice but to escalate this situation further. Please fix this as soon as possible.

@ShopifySupport @Shopify Despite submitting detailed proof of legitimate operations, $73k+ remains held (+ ~$8k on hold) while withdrawals continue. ~400 orders blocked. This is disproportionate. Requesting urgent review and partial release rather then standard email returns.
