NEW: Lindsay Hoyle has intervened to block the release of emails he sent to Israeli politicians 🗣️ 'The Speaker of the House of Commons ... has formed the reasonable opinion that disclosure of the information would be likely to prejudice the effective conduct of public affairs'

It's not diversity. It's the homogeneity of late capitalism. One of the old-fashioned charms of London was that there was no London FC. But any branding consultant will tell you that's the kind of old-fashioned thinking that is unsustainable in the modern world. London is a global brand, the EPL is a global brand, and it is just self-indulgent and anachronistic not to marry the two together with London FC. A global superbrand! Your grandchildren will support them. Everyone's grandchildren will support them!

“The reason I think we’re living through a technological revolution led by AI is not because my institute has been bought off by tech bros but because I’m studying what’s happening and it’s blowing my mind” - Tony Blair hits back in @observeruk observer.co.uk/news/opinion-a…

Beaufort Castle (Qala’at al-Shaqif) sits on a strategic ridge near the Litani River and has deep historical significance for both sides.

Israel's far-right ministers weren't invited to the NYC Israel Day Parade. They weren't on the consulate's list. The organizers didn't know they were coming. They showed up, walked to the front anyway, and handed Mamdani's boycott a cover story it hadn't earned. Link in reply.
