@DVSAgovuk @DVSA_HelpMe What bloody good is that? We need a test date ASAP but you are not providing the service we tax payers pay for! We have been trying to change the date since Jan! It took weeks to get the original date. Your reply is NOT AT ALL HELPFUL!

@JillBennettIC @DVSA_HelpMe Hi If you cannot do your test date, and there are no alternative dates to change it to, as long as you give three clear working days notice, you can cancel the test for a refund. Thanks

@DVSAgovuk @DVSA_HelpMe If you can't change the Driving Test you have, what happens? You cancel and don't get one for another 6 months, if ever, or you lose your money! Sort this out, it's unfair!

The driving test situation is ridiculous! How can there still be a backlog caused by COVID? Surely good organisation would have sorted this out by now? @DVSAgovuk why are there no available tests AT ALL on the website, and why is it so difficult to change a date?
