It appears that many people in the media (and on social media) think that politicians are supposed to look at data like this, see what's allegedly popular, and then decide what position to take. Sorry, but trend hopping is not what I promised my community when I decided to run for office. I promised to do what I can to advocate for Canadian workers, including auto workers, no matter what any poll says. I will never stand on the side of the Chinese Communist Party, no matter what any poll says. I will not prioritize being liked by the Liberal Establishment over defending Canadian jobs, no matter what any poll says. We need reason over emotion in politics right now, and we need to cut through the moral panic. Have a good weekend everybody and enjoy the big game tomorrow.

@andrewperloff I can’t explain it but it is a common Ontario Canada pronunciation of that word. There is a spirit with that country’s name in it and the vast majority of the times I’ve heard people mention it, they’ve said “blue caracko”. Totally bizarre.

@CP24 It’s common knowledge that a Canadian passport must be valid for 3 months on the departure date in the country you are visiting, I believe Cuba requires your passport to be valid for six months on your departure date from their country. Can anyone confirm??
