It was obviously a great trade for the Knicks, but more than anything I'll remember that trade as a colossal Masai miss. It was a bit like Caruso-Giddey in that it relied on an outlier evaluation of the young incoming players and inexplicably included no picks.

The OG trade has gotten lost in the shuffle and doesn’t get the respect it deserves in the all-time bad trades in NBA history. Turning down 4 FRPs from the Grizzlies or just keeping a great player and instead trading him for IQ and Barrett 🤪

Defending above their checks and shrinking the floor vertically has continued to flummox this offense. The Raptors can pounce strong-side w/o peeling because the closeouts are shorter than if they were sinking in. Just keep ambushing Mitchell/Harden.

Intriguing defensive stance: Toronto's positioning helping from the strong-side corner has been akin to Miami's forward bumps out of zone. - Very high in the gap - Mirror chest to ball - Lead w/ outside foot - Push back off into passing lane, no peel CLE's struggled to read it.

@Smurficus_ @KevinOConnor Atlanta was the hottest team in the league heading into the playoffs. I’m pretty confident the Knicks would’ve handled Toronto decisively. I also don’t think this series is over, if Toronto can be somewhat healthy tomorrow they can push to game 7 and then who knows?

really good effort by the raptors in game 5 but just ran out of players. BI hurt, Scottie clearly banged up, IQ not around. cavs had more at the end with dennis stepping up and mobley's offense.

One of the hardest-fought games I've ever seen played. Insanely resilient basketball team. They had to legitimately fight tooth and nail to get the win. The Raptors have tied the series at 2 a piece.
