@ali__gunn @authenticgayblg Incredibly sad news, Jakeb was inspirational and it was an honour to have met and listened to his journey and his passion for change for young people in the care system. My deepest condolences to those close to him, he will be greatly missed.

It is with great sadness that I have been asked to share that Jakeb @authenticgayblg passed away on Friday. Jakeb was a wonderful man who had a huge impact on my life. We worked together to improve the care system and I will miss him dearly. 1/2
