@BarbellFi It’s a guess that you will die early, but somewhat known if you have saved enough in tax deferred investments that you will incur huge RMD’s. If you are tax planning for large RMD’s it can absolutely make sense to hold off on the SS, which provides some runway for conversions.

@AIInvestorHQ Buying a house solely for investment is risky. Buying it and living in it isn’t so risky because the alternative is renting. If you buy a home to live in and market goes down, it’s like owning a stock; you hold until the market recovers assuming you didn’t buy crap to start with.
