Truly disappointing to see leg staff treated this way - the backbone of the Legislature - low pay/long hours but what’s worse- making accusations there is a wide spread problem with no evidence from an elected official under different rules who has been in the Senate 4 months

🚨#CALeg - Today we are opposing #SB573 which would create unfair limitations on the future opportunities of talented Legislative staff. Worse, it could TRAP staff in hostile or abusive work places by preventing them from holding meaningful, well compensated employment elsewhere.
