Visited Germany, they went to the Nazi death camps They assessed the: Politics Military Bureaucracy To see how it had happened, from how the Nazi's took power, and how they got to their "Final Solution" without their population overthrowing them. They designed a set of laws and rights specifically to stop it happening in Europe ever again.
