@canadalifeco after 1.5 hours the system forced me into a menu to leave a message if my concern wasn't immediate, then disconnected me I just waited on hold for 1.5 hours for nothing? I pay you for your service, where is it?

@canadalifeco currently at almost 1.5 hours on hold and counting just to speak with someone from tour first menu options. As a customer this is unacceptable. This isn't being busy, this is being insufficiently staffed. Who do I complain to?
