If ICE operates in domestic terminals or public airport areas without proper legal basis, that’s more likely to be challenged. It becomes unconstitutional if their actions involve: - Stops without reasonable suspicion (outside normal border screening) - Racial or ethnic profiling - Detention without due process As we’ve all witnessed at this point, this is exactly how they operate. Even outside that zone, ICE can conduct targeted enforcement based on reasonable suspicion or existing warrants.
