Except for the fact that Trump used her appraisal and was fine with the assessed value. If you cared to look back at his life long history of committing fraud and all the discrete payments he made to settle out of court or control the narrative, you’d probably understand that it’s highly likely financially he persuaded the assessor to value it lower so he can save millions in property tax. Just accept it, the guy’s been a fraud his entire life. No amount of denial or unwavering fanatical devotion is ever gonna change that.
